The War of Alamogordo, Abaddon, Apocalypse, and Armageddon

 The Book of the Monsoon

And in the desert there came a season called the Monsoon, and it was known among the people as the Children of Lilith. The winds cried out across the canyons, and the storms moved over the mountains like great wings of shadow.

And there was a child who cried out from the arms of his mother. Before the child could be gathered again, the Red Dragon descended and devoured the canyon with black fire. The monster stretched its hunger toward the heavens, seeking even to swallow the suns in the days when God returned among men.

And there arose the Last Shepherd, guardian of creation, who stood watch over the Universe. In his elder years he lifted his voice unto the lights of Heaven that covered the four corners of the earth.

And King Sirius looked upward and beheld the stars. They fell from above and took root within a season. Then the wrath of Heaven approached.

For the people of Alamogordo had chosen greed over wisdom, and the day was spoiled. Hatred spread among them, and the fire covered the Three Rivers country. Night came without stars, and those who remained upon the earth witnessed the War of Heaven.

The nations were gathered together. The hosts of Heaven assembled above the southern horizon. At the foot of the Sacramento Mountains, where Old Baldy speaks to the ancient peaks, the Lord called to His people.

And those who journeyed westward into Arizona stood firm, and there they brought forth children between the lands of Arizona and New Mexico.

Then Roger Ramos Grant spoke to Otero concerning the morning sky, saying that it must be protected. And a roadblock was established, and the river crawled into the lands of Grants.

And it was revealed that the One who had cried out was the Father of Heaven.

And the one who came speaking the Word was Roger Ramos Grant.

He proclaimed himself the son of Athena and Medusa, standing among those preserved for that day.

And among them was Carlos Munoz, called Apollo, who led the forces upon the ground toward the ravine and toward the Light of Heaven, where Jacob's Ladder descended, and Heaven expanded upon the earth.

And there was a child named Ronin. Though burdened by struggle and trial, he endured one day at a time. The fires consumed the world around him, yet the Light held him tightly for tomorrow.

Then the Lord stretched His hand over the north, the south, the east, and the west. The mountains were bound to the Light. Evening was clothed in purple, and the fire touched the waters of God.

And it was spoken that the First Firmament would one day call the dead from their sleep.

Then the war converged upon Alamogordo. Three guardians of the old world approached from distant nations. Great hosts emerged from beyond the known horizons, and all moved toward the Ordinance of God.

And the watcher waited upon the northern path, looking for another bearer of fire, one sent by God to stand beside the faithful in the final days.

Thus ended the vision of the Monsoon and the War of Heaven.

Todd Could Not Wait for this day to be at hand. but dies in a small car speeding away from Alamo, and was ambushed by the forefront.
