The Lord went ahead and bought all the liquor licenses in this town. there will be no more eating or drinking or merrymaking. unless you go out of town; and that was the very first reason they sold liquor on Sunday and military were able to drink at 18 years of age on base and our. local money would stay within our own revenue, and less accidents happened along the way there back. there is no more Jeep Trail, Gravel Pit, or Quail Trail. no Palm Side, Nickels, Back Door or Lounge. there will be no more jeans that are skin tight or mini skirts, perfume and necklaces, no more boots to polish when we are two stepping, waltzing or just cutting the rug. no more perms or waves with hairspray. no more hats that look outrageous. and Lord knows less fights, yes when we go out at night looking for fights we always find one. you win one you lose one. you cant win them all. but if your night goes right then you were prepared for a dance that could last forever. The Lord knows a dry County or State would kill a cowboy.
